After careful consideration, World Barrel Racing Productions has decided to cancel plans to host an event in Jacksonville, Florida the weekend of September 19th – 21st, 2008.

Producers everywhere are feeling the effects of the rising price of fuel. Fortunately, because of our size we have been able to “take the hit” better than most.  However, if we are to continue to offer large payouts and quality prizes, we will need to scale back on other expenses – one of the largest being fuel.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may present to our fans on the east coast. We know that many of you were planning to qualify to attend the 2008 Barrelnanza Finals by coming to this event.  We’d like to help your efforts to attend the Finals by allowing individuals living east of the Mississippi River the opportunity to qualify for the Finals based on their membership status ONLY. 

If you

1. live in the area specified,  and
2. are not a current member of WBR and would like to attend the Finals, simply download and complete the appropriate membership form from and submit it (along with a copy of your state approved I.D.) to World Barrel Racing along with your entry Finals entry form.
